How fast can you come?
We often have openings within a day or two, including evenings and weekends. Text us and we'll give you the next available times.
Do I need to bring things outside?
No. We take items from wherever they are: basement, upstairs, garage or backyard. You just point.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. For curbside, garage or driveway pickups, we can arrange a no-contact pickup and payment.
What happens to my stuff?
We donate usable furniture and household items when we can, recycle metal and electronics, and properly dispose of the rest.
What can't you take?
Hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, propane tanks, motor oil and asbestos. York Region's Community Environmental Centres accept most of these.
